With 2.5D Sheet Metal, 3D data created with 2.5D Sheet Metal can be passed directly to SolidWorks.
The data can be imported into SolidWorks in IGES (IGS) format, one of the most common formats for transferring 3D data.
Alternatively, the data can be imported into SolidWorks in AutoCAD's DWG format and imported into a 3D model.
