The pictures here represent in human shape , demons and the Hotoke-Buddha which exist in a heart
of human being, and a hell as well as a paradise.
Is there anyone who wants to be a demon? Sometimes, however, we cannot resist becoming a demon.
In my works, I express such distress as well as longing for peace of mind,sympathizing with the novel "Rasetsunyo-den"
written by Yasushi Inoue.
The Soul lies behind the core of this novel. I recognize it as a God and a Hotoke-Buddha that is
to be omnipresent like elements,exists in all existence ,and being eternal.
It should be so beautiful and really splendid.
It is the ultimate aim of artists to know how to express it.
